Native Teams

This is an office for a company whose staff are mostly somewhere else in the only form that counts. The intent survives the construction, which is where most of it is usually lost.

Here, the floor is planned for the weeks people are in rather than the weeks they are not: fewer desks, more rooms, and a kitchen sized for everybody at once. The tolerance in that junction is tighter than the rest of the building, and it is the one place the extra work was worth it.
